FIG. 04 — NEXTLEVEL PRACTICE

The client

NextLevel Practice is a dental consultancy based out of New York. One of their primary lead-generation strategies was an online webinar — on paper. In practice, it produced a small trickle of registrants, and few of those ever showed up live.

The challenge

A webinar funnel fails at two separate gates: getting people to register, and getting registrants to actually attend. Fixing one without the other just moves the leak. Both gates needed testing, with their own metrics.

The approach

  • Registration page — structured testing and updates to the landing page to convert more of the existing traffic into registrants.
  • Reminder email sequence — testing and rebuilding the emails between sign-up and showtime, where attendance is actually won or lost.

What moved

Lead generation increased almost ten-fold — a +998% rise in webinar leads — and live attendance rose to over 30% of registrants. Same webinar, same traffic sources; the funnel around it stopped leaking.

What this case shows

The unglamorous middle of a funnel — a reminder sequence — can hold as much conversion leverage as the page everyone stares at. Measurement is what finds it.

“Unbelievably helpful! We’ve seen our webinar leads increase ten-fold, received more registrations for our events, and launched more successful campaigns. Our CEO is thrilled with the results.”
